We built Fledge because families were figuring this out the hard way, one mistake at a time.
Fledge is a Sydney-based team with a background in lending and first-home ownership. We help families across Australia navigate the money, the paperwork and the relationships that come with buying a first home together.
Why Fledge exists
The help is real. The map isn’t.
More first homes than ever are bought with family help. But the journey to get there is scattered across brokers, lawyers, conveyancers and Centrelink rules, and no one owns the whole picture. So families make good decisions in the wrong order, find out about the important questions too late, and sometimes turn a generous act into a lasting problem.
We started Fledge to be the part that’s missing: a calm, informed guide that helps you understand the whole situation before the money changes hands, and points you to the right specialist when you need one.
Someone has to hold the whole picture. Fledge is the step that puts everything else in the right order.
Who we are.
We’re a small Sydney team with experience across mortgage lending and first-home ownership. We’ve seen where these arrangements go right and where they quietly go wrong, and we’ve built Fledge around the questions that actually decide the outcome.
We keep the team behind the page rather than in front of it. What matters is the guidance and the specialists we connect you to. We stand behind both.
